Crabtree Kitchen + Bar is honored to host an exclusive evening with DeLille Cellars, one of Washington State’s most celebrated wineries. This five-course dinner pairs the craftsmanship of our culinary team with DeLille’s world-class wines for an unforgettable dining experience.
Guiding the evening is Nick Bernstein, Winemaker at DeLille Cellars. Nick’s journey into winemaking began with a degree in Biology at the University of Washington, focusing on ecology and botany. His curiosity took him from Walla Walla to Marlborough, Sonoma, and Santa Barbara, immersing himself in harvests and vineyard life. In 2012, Nick joined DeLille, where he advanced from cellar work to Assistant Winemaker, before becoming Winemaker in 2019. Drawing from global influences and over a decade of hands-on experience, Nick brings passion, technical expertise, and a deep respect for Washington’s terroir to every bottle.
