Join winemaker Jason Gorski for an intimate evening at Aerlume, where he’ll guide guests through four courses of Chef Douglas Jones’ elevated Pacific Northwest cuisine paired with DeLille Cellars’ celebrated Washington wines.

The evening showcases the synergy between local terroir and Aerlume’s waterfront dining, featuring standout pairings like salmon sashimi with the iconic Chaleur Blanc and a smoked NY strip Manhattan designed to complement the robust Doyenne. Gorski will share the craft and philosophy behind each selection, bringing to life DeLille’s founding principle that exceptional blends transcend the sum of their parts.
