We’re excited to share that DeLille Cellars President and Co-Founder Jay Soloff will return to El Gaucho Seattle as Guest Sommelier on Friday, November 6 to celebrate 30 years of El Gaucho history.
As El Gaucho Seattle’s first sommelier, Jay helped shape the wine programs at El Gaucho, 13 Coins, and Lafitte’s during a defining era in Pacific Northwest dining. Today, he continues to share his passion for wine, hospitality, and exceptional service through his work at DeLille Cellars. We’re delighted to see him return to a place that played such a meaningful role in his journey and in Seattle’s wine community.
