Guided by the DeLille Winery and DeLille En Ville teams, guests will explore a curated progression of library selections, featuring vintages of Chaleur Blanc drawn from our cellar that are seldom available for public enjoyment. Each vintage of this blend of Sauvignon Bland and Sémillon will demonstrate the remarkable aging potential that has become a hallmark of DeLille’s winemaking philosophy.
Throughout the evening, every wine will be thoughtfully paired with a multi-course seafood menu crafted by our culinary team.
