The outstanding 2024 DeLille Cellars Roussanne was entirely sourced from the Ciel du Cheval Vineyard. Stored in a combination of neutral oak, concrete and stainless steel this offers papaya and beautiful white florals alongside freshly cut honeydew melon on the nose. The palate is soft and bright with serious acidity and a silky mouthfeel. Drink 2025-2033

Roussanne is one of the few noble white grapes that can retain natural acidity & crisp structure nurtured under our beloved Red Mountain sun. As a single vineyard wine from the famed Ciel du Cheval vineyard in the Red Mountain AVA, the distinctive mineral complexity is the foundation of every vintage.
Vineyards
Ciel du Cheval Vineyard is one of the oldest sites on Red Mountain. Here, the Roussanne grape flourishes under the intense Red Mountain sun.
Winemaking
Fermented in a combination of 42% concrete, 32% neutral barrel, and 26% stainless steel. Full malolactic fermentation. Aged three months in bottle before release.
