The 2025 Roussanne showcases its beautiful concentration with layers of fruit and herbaceous throughlines, resulting in a wine with great depth and intensity. Notes of green apple, Meyer lemon, lemongrass, and eucalyptus leaf waft from the glass. The waxy, honeyed texture is backed by citrus flavors and a refreshing, brisk acidity that is more prominent on the finish than the weighty mid-palate. The outstanding 2024 DeLille Cellars Roussanne was entirely sourced from the Ciel du Cheval Vineyard. Stored in a combination of neutral oak, concrete and stainless steel this offers papaya and beautiful white florals alongside freshly cut honeydew melon on the nose. The palate is soft and bright with serious acidity and a silky mouthfeel. Drink 2025-2033

Fermented in a combination of 43% concrete, 6% neutral barrel, and 51% stainless steel. Full malolactic fermentation.
