Taylor Kinnebrew
Head Chef
The Restaurant at DeLille menu and kitchen are led by Head Chef, Taylor Kinnebrew – an original member of the DeLille kitchen team since its opening in 2021. His meticulous attention to detail and creativity have helped establish The Restaurant as a Woodinville destination for exceptional New American-style dishes, enhanced by DeLille’s award-wining portfolio of wines.
Born and raised in Utah, Chef Kinnebrew began cooking at age 17, when a hosting shift became an unexpected opportunity to work in the kitchen. He immediately transitioned to the kitchen staff, and after three years (and 2 days of college), decided that culinary school was his best path. He attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, graduating with an associates degree in 2011. Chef Kinnebrew returned to Utah, and began working at a farm to table restaurant named The Farm, located within The Canyons ski resort. “I was fortunate enough to work with the three most influential chefs of my career,” he says of his time there. “We were able to save all compostable scraps to trade with local farms for produce, eggs, and whole pigs.”
After getting married in 2013, Chef Kinnebrew moved to Washington to join the PNW food world, starting at Bottlehouse, a Seattle wine, cheese & charcuterie bar, as Kitchen Manager, before joining the Heavy Restaurant Group. He served as a Sous Chef at The Commons, Purple Kirkland, and Purple Woodinville before transitioning to Bis On Main in Bellevue, returning to a fine dining atmosphere.
Chef Kinnebrew’s journey continued at Stone House in Redmond, a small 30-seat restaurant in a historic building. He joined the team as a Sous Chef and was soon promoted to Chef de Cuisine – a position he held for three years. A mid-pandemic role as Cheese Master at Murray’s cheese counter in Redmond led him to DeLille, where he developed a relationship with Chef Michael Toni, who brought him on board as Chef de Cuisine to open The Restaurant at DeLille in 2021. Chef Kinnebrew was promoted to Head Chef in 2025, and now leads the team and menu across The Restaurant, Tasting Room and more unique wine-centric dining experiences held across the DeLille Woodinville campus.
Chef Kinnebrew lives in Renton, where his wife has her own business, along with their three dogs and one cat. “When I am not at work, I am either out helping in our small garden in the yard, walking the dogs at the park, planning new menus, going to concerts, or playing a game of Dungeons and Dragons with friends.”
