Starting from October 22nd and running through November 4th, celebrate Seattle’s illustrious and gourmet food scene.
“For two weeks, Seattle Restaurant Week invites diners to explore our diverse and innovative local food scene, through curated menus at restaurants, bars, cafes, food trucks, and pop-ups across greater Seattle. Since 2020, over 400 restaurants have participated in this bi-annual promotion. Join together with us to celebrate and support the craft and resilience of Seattle’s culinary community, and to strengthen our local economy over good food.” Seattle Restaurant Week
The Restaurant is beyond excited to participate in this year’s culinary extravaganza. Our esteemed Executive Chef, Michael C. Toni, has crafted several of the most exquisite and delicious prix-fixe menus for both our lunch and dinner service. These menus go beyond the standard offerings of our traditional menu, with presentations of brand-new dishes that will tantalize your tastebuds and take you on a culinary journey like no other.
As the weather turns to fall and The Restaurant prepares for the change of season, we are thrilled to introduce several fall-inspired dishes, debuting to the world via our Seattle Restaurant Week menu, and several dishes remaining for the fall months!
Our lunch menu will run from Wednesday through Sunday, from open to 2:30 pm. The lunch menu will be available for $35, and is presented in the form of a prix-fixe menu, where diners have the opportunity to make their selection from a range of dishes through a three-course menu. Menu selections include but are not limited to Butternut & Pumpkin Chili with roasted pears, truffle creme fraiche, and coriander pepitas, a Cacio e Pepe pasta with pecorino cheese, spaghetti and black pepper, and our spin on the classic dessert, a Root Beer Float.
The dinner menu will be offered Wednesday through Sunday, from 5:00 pm to close. The dinner menu is offered at $65, also in the form of a prix-fixe menu. In the form of a four-course menu, the meal begins with an Amuse Bouche of a Scallion & Chive Crepe with goat cheese mousse and D2 caviar, then selections throughout the rest of the prix-fixe including a Radicchio & Spinach Salad with glacier bleu cheese, honeycrisp apples, green olives, fennel, beet coulis, and warm apple sage vinaigrette. For the main, a mouth-watering Salumi Bolognese with house made rigatoni, scallions, and 22-month aged parmesan. The real star of the show, though, is our Brioche Bread Pudding with vanilla mascarpone, frosted pecans, and maple caramel.
Don’t miss out on these expertly curated menus, offered for a limited time through November 4th. The Restaurant is ecstatic and delighted to be participating in Seattle Restaurant Week. Make your reservation now and join in on the fun!
