Our Cabernet Sauvignon is an exploration of the Columbia Valley, blending fruit from acclaimed vineyards with DeLille winemaking techniques to showcase the purity and complexity of Washington Cabernet. The region’s long, sunny days allow fruit to ripen slowly, creating opulent flavors of dark fruit and dried herbs, paired with cool evenings that preserve acidity. Aged for 20 months in French oak barrels, the resulting wines are exceptionally well-balanced, with ripe, bold flavors and a full-bodied profile complemented by firm tannins.
