Forget-Me-Not Sparkling Rosé

Fresh and bright on the nose, this salmon-colored Forget-Me-Not Sparkling Rosé offers pomegranate and cherry aromas, accompanied by notes of pear and energetic lemon zest. Light and lifted on the palate by the persistent bubbles, the mid-palate broadens with support from modest dosage (6.0 grams), before finishing with crisp and lively apple flavors.  Made in the traditional method with significant lees contact (11 months) adding appeal. Principally Chardonnay.
