The Forget-Me-Not Blanc de Blanc has a bright, inviting nose of fuzzy peach, cantaloupe and a whiff of vanilla. Pleasantly lively, with a wonderful sparkle balancing the moderate dosage (5.0 grams), this elegant, poised wine offers plentiful fruit throughout, with an extended finish buoyed by citrus notes. Méthode Champenoise produced, with 11 months en tirage, this wine has a pleasant lees character of toasted brioche adding complexity. 100% Chardonnay.
