Here we grow again! It’s an exciting day here at DeLille because we have big news to share that will enhance our guest experience with an expansion to the premier lifestyle and retail destination, Seattle’s University Village.
This second location will feature a Bordeaux-inspired restaurant serving seasonal PNW fare and tasting room. We plan to open sometime in Summer 2025, marking our first expansion to Seattle, after more than 30 years of success crafting acclaimed wines and hospitality in Woodinville.
The concept, located in the 6,700-square-foot space in the southwest corner of the complex, will fuse fine dining, wine tasting, craft beverages, retail, culinary experiences, private dining options, and event space. We’re partnering with international award-winning interior design and consultancy firm Design Well Spent to perfect the layout and will take occupancy on Sept. 15. Then the work begins!

For our Club members and loyal guests, this expansion brings another thoughtful, beautiful, and functional space to create memorable experiences. Club benefits, including discounted wine purchases, member-only events, and venue rental, will extend to our new location. In the new tasting room, expect to taste from the entire DeLille Cellars current portfolio, enjoy elevated tasting experiences, and try exclusive library wines. Guests may also explore our wines and those from other select producers in the forthcoming full-service restaurant, which will serve fresh, seasonal fare. Lunch and dinner service will be mainstays in the restaurant, and light breakfast items will be available in the mornings. Enjoy the planned Solarium seating, whether soaking up the summer sun or enjoying Seattle’s rainfall with a meal and a glass of D2.
In our more than 30 years, we have come so far, but we could not do it without you. We took a leap of faith opening the winery. You stood by us, shared our wines with friends and neighbors, or joined our wine club. Through hard work and tenacity, our wines are now available in 42 states and in select international markets. Since 2019, our Woodinville flagship, with a thriving tasting room and restaurant, has offered unparalleled tasting experiences and hospitality. But we’re still growing! This new location represents a thrilling new chapter for DeLille Cellars as we continue to invest in our local market to highlight the world-class wine quality of Washington State. We are honored to share this journey with you.
