A beautiful wine made on Red Mountain, the 2021 DeLille Cellars 'Klipsun Vineyard' Cabernet Sauvignon delivers tar and anise notes alongside dark chocolate shavings and roasted dates on the nose. Vineyards
Located on the southwest slope of Red Mountain, Klipsun Vineyard was founded in 1982 and grows some of Washington’s highest-quality wine grapes.
Winemaking
Cold-soaked for 24-36 hours and fermented on skin for 12- 14 days. Half of the lot went through extended maceration for 8-10 weeks before blending and aging for 20 months in 100% new French oak.
